Compliance position
Supply of controlled, dual-use, defence-related or otherwise regulated goods is subject to applicable laws, sanctions, export controls, licences and end-user verification.
End-user documentation is required before regulated items are sourced. Javica does not supply to sanctioned parties or destinations and does not structure transactions to avoid licensing requirements. Where a licence is required, the transaction waits for it.
How enquiries are handled
Requirements are assessed first for legal supply route and end user, then for market availability. Enquiries that cannot be fulfilled lawfully are declined at that stage.
