Trade with responsibility.
International procurement may involve different regulatory, customs and compliance requirements depending on the product, origin, destination and end user. Javica conducts transactions subject to applicable laws, sanctions, export controls, licensing requirements and required end-user verification.
Counterparty verification
Buyers and end users are identified and screened before a transaction is structured. Corporate registrations, VAT numbers and signatories are checked against public registers.
Supplier verification
Suppliers are checked for legal existence, authorisation to distribute the products they offer, and the documentation they can provide with the goods.
Sanctions compliance
Transactions are screened against applicable EU and international sanctions regimes for parties, destinations and goods. Javica does not supply to sanctioned parties or structure transactions to circumvent restrictions.
Export controls and dual-use goods
Where goods are controlled or dual-use, the classification, licensing requirement and end-user documentation are established before sourcing begins.
End-user verification
For regulated or sensitive goods, end-user statements and intended-use declarations are obtained and retained as part of the transaction file.
Product documentation
Declarations of conformity, data sheets, certificates and instructions are obtained from manufacturers and distributors and supplied with the goods where required by the destination market.
Transaction and customs documentation
Contracts, invoices, transport documents, proof of delivery and customs paperwork are prepared so that the transaction is auditable by the buyer, the bank and the authorities.
Regulated goods
Supply of controlled, dual-use, defence-related or otherwise regulated goods is subject to applicable laws, sanctions, export controls, licences and end-user verification.
Javica does not hold and does not claim regulatory approvals, certifications or licences beyond those it actually holds. Requirements that cannot be fulfilled lawfully are declined.
