What is sourced
New and nearly-new passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles, specialist vehicles and premium or high-value vehicles, for dealers, fleets, leasing companies and organisations. Sourcing runs through dealer and supplier networks across Europe.
Own-account acquisition
Where commercially agreed, Javica can purchase vehicles on its own account and carry the transaction and inventory position while the vehicle is transported to the agreed destination. The buyer deals with one counterparty for the vehicle, the transport and the documentation, rather than managing several suppliers, payments and logistics providers.
Javica is a trading company, not a bank, lender or leasing provider. The value is in funding Javica's own transaction position until agreed delivery.
Cross-border transactions
Intra-community and export transactions are documented for VAT and customs purposes, with transport, proof of delivery, registration documents and, where required, sanctions and end-destination undertakings handled as part of the transaction.
