Privacy notice

Javica Osaühing (registration 16320280, Meistri tn 16, 13517 Tallinn, Estonia, info@javica.ee) is the controller of personal data submitted through this website.

Data submitted through the requirement and supplier forms — contact and company details and uploaded documents — is used only to assess and respond to the enquiry, to perform counterparty verification required by law (including sanctions screening), and to perform any resulting contract. It is not sold and is not used for unrelated marketing.

The website is hosted by Zone Media OÜ in Estonia (EU). Form submissions and uploaded files are transmitted over TLS and delivered directly to Javica's mailboxes on that same infrastructure; they are not stored on the web server after delivery. Fonts and all other assets are served from javica.ee. The only third-party service is Cloudflare Turnstile, a bot check on the forms, which loads when you reach a form and processes your IP address and browser signals to distinguish humans from automated submissions. Data is retained for as long as the enquiry or transaction and any statutory retention period require, then deleted. Hosting and email providers are bound by data processing agreements.

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, or object to processing, by writing to info@javica.ee. You may also lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (AKI).

The website uses no advertising trackers. If analytics is enabled it is cookieless and privacy-respecting (see the Cookies page).
